Photographer Helene Schmitz is travelling in the jungles of Surinam to shoot exotic flowers for a book project. Some of the images are already published in the American National Geographic Magazine. She is travelling in the foot steps of of a Swedish naturalist who visited Suriname in 1756. Assistant on the trip is Felix Bridell.
